sciences. He is a Honored Science Worker of Russian Federation and the Republic
of Tatarstan; he is a laureate of the State Award of the Republic of Tatarstan
in science and technology. Professor Nizamov I.G. is the president of Eurasian
Academy of Medical Sciences, the president of the civil organization of
specialists in public health and health care of Tatarstan. He is Professor of
the department of public health, economics and management of health care of
State budget institution of further education "Kazan State Medical
Academy," the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation
