Abstract. The objective of the study was an assessment of the life quality of citizens of military age living in the Orenburg region. Material and methods. The results of assessing the quality of life of 1000 citizens of military age living in the Orenburg region were presented. The study of quality of life parameters was carried out according to the International Standardized questionnaire MOS SF-36. Results and discussion. The main contingent of citizens was represented by young people aged 18 to 20 years, their share was 87,1%, and the share of older people was 12,9%. Analyzing the subjective assessment of the state of health by the conscripts themselves, it was found that the number of men with an assessment of their health as «excellent» prevailed, their share was 63,2%. The proportion of young people who rated their health status as «very good» and «good» was 15,3% and 15,5%, respectively. At the same time, the number of young men who rated their health status as «mediocre» was 4,1%. Respondents who rated their health as «poor» were 1,9%.The total indicators of the two components of quality of life differed from each other: the physical component of quality of life was 91,9 points, and the psychological component was 87,9 points. The distribution of the scales in descending order was as follows: FF > B > REF > RFF > SF > PZ > OZ > Zh.

USING FACTOR AND CLUSTER ANALYSIS FOR MEDICAL SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WORKING AGE PATIENTS
WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Alexander V. Redyukov, Candidate of Medical Sciences, chief physician of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution «Orenburg Regional Clinical Hospital» [460018 Orenburg, Aksakov str., 23; tel.: +7(903)365-00-09]

Abstract. The results of factor and cluster analysis used for medical and social characteristics of working-age patients with acute coronary syndrome are presented. A medical and social «portrait» of working-age patients with acute coronary syndrome was established: mainly male (85,0%), average age – 52,7 years, secondary vocational education (47,8%), employment in the industrial sector (56,5%), satisfactory housing and material conditions (65,2 and 73,9%), marriage (69,6%), raising two children (60,9%). In the course of the factor analysis, 5 factors that influence the opinion of respondents were identified. As a result of cluster analysis, patients of working age with acute coronary syndrome were divided into 5 groups (clusters).

Key words: medical social characteristics, working age patients with acute coronary syndrome.

PARENTAL SMOKING AS A FACTOR OF VISUAL ACUITY IMPAIRMENT

IN BAKU SCHOOLCHILDREN

Parviz N. Babayev, Assistant of the Department of Public Health and Health Organization of the Azerbaijan State Medical University named after N. Narimanov [AZ1073 Baku, Bakikhanov str., 23; e-mail: ]

Abstract. As a result of the survey of schoolchildren and the analysis of their outpatient records in children’s polyclinics, it was found that despite a broad anti-smoking campaign in (34,6±1,0)% of families in Baku, schoolchildren continue to be exposed to secondhand smoke, which adversely affects their ophthalmological health. As a result, the medical treatment of schoolchildren in children’s polyclinics increases by 1,95 times and the level of their morbidity increases by 1,35 times, and in families whose parents smoke more than 15 cigarettes a day, the incidence rate reaches (79,8±2,5)%. Therefore, there is a need for a broad, accessible awareness campaign among parents, the main argument of which should be the harmful effects of secondhand smoke on the ophthalmic health.

Key words: passive smoking, school children, health, eye care seeking.

Abstract. Electronic patient information forms the core of computerized health information systems. For this review, we used publications of authors from Elibrary, PubMed, Google Scholar, Medline, Scopus, CyberLeninka, RSCI search engines by keywords and with the «similar publications» function. Studies are presented where similarity matrices of ICD codes were obtained, and correlation between codes was carried out on the basis of semantic similarity between text strings. The analysis of wide implementation of applications with support of artificial intelligence and computer coding was carried out. In the era of large-scale data, it is necessary to create more reliable analytical systems and implement data analysis processes to identify their patterns.

Key words: automated medical information systems, international classification of diseases, coding, morbidity, mortality, semantic analysis, artificial intelligence.

Abstract. The analysis of scientific and medical literature devoted to the use of predictive systems based on artificial neural networks for calculating and determining potentially possible statistical data in the long term was carried out. According to Russian researchers, the amount of direct spending on the treatment of an acute period of ischemic stroke in one patient forms a large burden on the economic and resource systems of a medical organization. At the same time, the issue of resource management remains strategically important for any medical organization. After analyzing the available works in the field of predictive systems, we came to the conclusion that predictive models based on artificial neural networks that can calculate probable statistical indicators based on the available data will help to build an effective decision-making system for managing the resources of a medical organization, which will be an undeniable advantage for this medical organization.

Key words: statistics, health care resources, health care organization, neural networks, forecasting, public health, ischemic stroke outcomes, management decisions.

Abstract. The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of implementing a new organizational model for providing specialized medical care to patients with acute coronary syndrome on the example of one of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the Orenburg region. In 2018, inter-municipal cardiology departments were redesignated as primary vascular departments in the region, and the routing scheme for patients with vascular accidents was changed. A comparative analysis of the performance indicators of the regional vascular center and the primary vascular department of the city of Orenburg was performed. The effectiveness assessment is supplemented by the results of forecasting public health indicators, namely morbidity, disability and mortality due to diseases of the circulatory system. The effectiveness of a new organizational model for providing specialized medical care to patients with acute coronary syndrome has been proven.

Key words: organization of specialized medical care, acute coronary syndrome.
