Abstract. The demographic situation depends directly on social policy. The total fertility rate has increased from 9,4 to 14,3 (growth rate — 52,1%) for 17 years in the republic. The overall death rate was 13,2 in 2000 and 11,6 in 2016 (the rate of decline is 13,7%). The total birth rate (fertility) was 1,9 children per woman in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016, which does not provide even a simple replacement of generations. The difference in life expectancy between men and women is 11,3 years. A quantitative disproportion in the numerical composition of men and women is growing. Recognition of the importance of socio-demographic factors of development and intensification of actions by the country’s leadership contribute to the achievement of significant results and improvement of medical and demographic indicators.

Abstract. The article presents the results of comprehensive assessment of physical development and physical preparedness of 166 female students entered in medical university in 2015—2016. The assessment of the level of physical development of female medical students was conducted according to anthropometric and physio-metric indicators. Comparative analysis of indicators of physical preparedness was evaluated by the data of training and control standards (tests) in the discipline «Physical culture and sports». As a result of the research it was established that the level of physical development and physical preparedness of female medical students aged 17—19 years has decreased in 2016 in comparison with 2015. The received data will allow to define directions for development of preventive measures on preservation of students’ health.

MEDICAL SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PREVALENCE OF RISK FACTORS AMONG PATIENTS OF WORKING AGE WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE

Abstract. The article presents medical and social portrait of patients of working age with cerebrovascular diseases. The prevalence of risk factors among them has been established. The survey has showed that there were male workers with higher education, employed in the commercial sphere, married, bringing up two children and having an average level of material income per family member among the respondents. The leading risk factors for patients of working age with cerebrovascular diseases were: tobacco Smoking (54%), overweight (43%), hyperglycemia (32%) and hypercholesterinemia (19%).

Abstract. Working conditions and their impact on the prevalence and structure of musculoskeletal diseases among repair service workers of oil extraction and refining have been studied. Significant hazardous occupational factors of musculoskeletal diseases’ development in mechanic-repairmen are poor working conditions and adverse microclimate causing a growing number of vertebrogenic dorsophathies and arthropathies. Dependance of vertebrogenic lumbar pathology, arthropathies and cervicalgies from length of service «mean-high» relative risk and etiological proportion in repair workers allow to consider these diseases as work-related and show the necessity of health-improving recommendations aimed at reducing risks of their evolution.

ANALYSIS OF THE AVERAGE DURATION OF TREATMENT OF VICTIMS WITH DIFFERENT FORMS OF ACUTE POISONING AND EFFECTS OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES IN 2010—2016

Abstract. The article presents the study of the average duration of treatment of the victims of Omsk with various forms of acute poisoning and effects of toxic substances in 2010—2016. The study used the data about the average duration of treatment of patients of Toxicologic Center. The analysis of the average length of stay of patients with acute poisoning and toxic effects of various degrees of severity in the standardization of toxicological assistance and training work in the new economic conditions (single form of funding) in 2010—2016. The study was conducted in four groups of victims: mild form, moderate form, severe, severe complicated forms with a fatal outcome. It was found that there was a significant reduction in the duration of treatment of patients with mild and moderate forms of acute poisoning and the toxic effects. No significant changes were registered at severe and complicated forms with a fatal outcome in the average duration of treatment.

NEED FOR THE ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH DISTAL OPTICAL CLINIC IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHEBOKSARY MUNICIPAL DENTAL CLINIC

Abstract. The article presents the evaluation of class II malocclusion prevalence and methods of its treatment among children of 6—15 years old in Cheboksary Municipal Dental Clinic. The analysis of 3020 dental patient’s cards was carried in 2012—2016. The article subscribes the prevalence of class II malocclusion appealability for different age groups, and analyses of the parts of the patients who started orthodontic treatment and those who interrupted it. The frequency of different treatment method was revealed. We made the conclusions that the frequency of class II malocclusion was increasing in mixed dentition stage 2 in the period of evaluation of permanent dentition. This fact can be explained by rare using of removal functional appliances for mandible growth stimulation and the high prevalence rate of proleptic orthodontic treatment interruption in the period of mixed dentition.

Abstract. The article presents the results of satisfaction of healthcare organizers by the quality of educational services provided with use of distance learning technologies. The anonymous survey has showed that, despite the active introduction of distance learning technologies (DLT), the majority of students positively relate to the old traditional form of education, which involves their release from work at the time of study. The special aspects of DLT is the detailed planning of all educational activities, allocation of sufficient time for the study of all sections of the program and the implementation of independent work.

Abstract. The modern legal basis for protection of children’s health in the Russian Federation in terms of ensuring their health and recreation, preventing diseases, leveling threats to health and life is considered in the article. This special comprehensive study with an emphasis on security was carried out in connection with tragic events happened in the country. The problem was the medical and social support of the recovery and recreation of the children and adolescent of 7—14 years old during summer in organizations of various subordination. We have applied statistical, expert, analytical, studying methods as well as analysis and synthesis of experience of territories and organizations of various departments. We have also analyzed and systematized the application in practice of official documents of the federal level in the section of health improvement and recreation of children with emphasis on ensuring their safety. Legislation, Decrees of the President of Russia, decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation are the basis for the next formation of the relevant departmental by-laws.

LEXICAL ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION: SEMANTIZATION OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY

Abstract. The purpose of the study was the creation of analytical system providing a preliminary assessment of medical document. The expected procedure for processing documents should ensure the saving of time for the clinical expert, improving the quality of control and completeness of document coverage. The task of the study was also the development of software product for implementation of the modern approaches to lexical and semantic analysis and its application results with evaluation of medical documents. More than five thousand medical documents have been analyzed; the mechanism for loading data from a text document, word-based parsing of textual information, structural and lexical analysis services, and register for typical document elements have been created. The used system of lexical analysis of medical records is able to provide a mode of data processing directly from medical equipment, providing high quality control of medical documentation and its efficiency.

Abstract. The article reflects the experience of authors in the field of project management implementation in State Autonomous Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan. The special aspects of the organization of specialized structural unit supporting the management of projects / programs / portfolios, the standardization and implementation of unified management methodology, standards, procedures and templates, the development of project management within the framework of the mission and the strategy of SAHI “RCOD” of TR HM are considered. The uniqueness of the project is due to the increased effectiveness of management processes, including the management of material resources, the creation of mechanisms for the sustainable development of the healthcare institution and the effective work organization in the interests of the patient and staff.

Abstract. The purpose of the study was the identification of the management processes of information and telecommunication technologies (IT processes), owned by the Information Technology Department (IT department). The study assessed the role and sequencing of actions within the framework of creating an integrated IT structure in healthcareinstitution. Methodological approach was developed to create an optimal program within the framework of IT structure. The composition of IT processes in healthcare institution and the content of some of them are presented. Results of the expert analysis and the obtained material can be used as model of IT department of healthcare institution. The working order of Health Ministry of the USSR № 920 from 30.07.1987 «About the regulations of the Department of Automated Control Systems (Computing Center) of healthcare institution» does not correspond to the state and level of informatization of healthcare at the present time.

Abstract. The big number of the people, working at chemical industry, living next door to these enterprises can be subjected to the significant risk of damage and different emergency situations, including the terrorist acts. The mass defeats of the people can appear in adjoining places or districts of the city. Organization and rendering of psychiatric and psychological care to the population in emergency situations in modern stage is a complex and actual problem of the disaster medicine. The article presents general regularities of the current psychic frustration, appearing at emergency situations of chemical nature and ways of care rendering.
