Abstract. The demographic situation in the Udmurt Republic remains difficult. As a result of the previous demographic
development the depopulation has occurred and is continuing to grow. On the basis of this study the main features of the
demographic situation in the Udmurt Republic are revealed: low birth rate, the mass spreading of single-child families that doesn’t
provide the reproduction of the population; high mortality, especially mortality of men of able-bodied age as a result of accidents,

Abstract. Current state of the problem of laboratory service of forensic medical examination is considered. Increasing
need in forensic medical service activity is caused by the need to control a quality of constantly extending medical services.
Increasing demands to evidential base of legal proceedings influence on forensic medical service. All this leads to the need to improve forensic medical service. In this article the main disadvantages in organizing the forensic medical laboratory
service activity, which influence the quality and terms of conducting the examinations, are presented. One of the deterrents
is slow and ineffective introduction of modern achievements of science and technology to the practical work. It is proposed
to develop organizational model of management of introduction of innovations in practical work.

Abstract. The estimation of the factors having an influence on quality of the organization of prophylactic medical examination
in polyclinic of power department before and after carrying out actions for perfection of annual medical examination by the results
of questioning of doctors is presented. Shortcomings, for elimination of which a number of actions for perfection of system of
the organization of prophylactic medical examination depending on the period of carrying out annual medical examination have
been offered, are revealed. With a view of the further optimization of prophylactic medical examination of the military a necessity
of expansion of scopes of annual medical examination to standards of civil public health services is shown.

Improvement of hospital-replacing types of medical care for inhabitants of A big city

this paper have calculated the territorial normative of scale of medical care rendered to patients. Taking into account population,
age groups and morbidity in the urban districts the structure of bed capacity of day hospitals of different profiles is proved.

Аbstract. In this article the organizational approaches to management of treatment-and-prophylactic institution on the basis of
introduction of quality management system of series ISO 9001 are revealed. The importance of human potential management, the
ways of planning and determining the primary goals of work are shown. Realization of main principles of quality management is
revealed. In clinical hospital of MSU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Republic the quality management system (QMS),
corresponding to the requirements of standard ISO 9001 version of 2008 is developed, introduced and certificated. Introduction
of quality management system (QMS) allows to raise considerably the productivity and efficiency of activity of clinical hospital of
MSU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Republic, quality of medical services and satisfaction of consumers.
