Health of tooth-jaw system (TJS) in 659 adolescents of 12—15 years old in Samara and Samara region was studied. 141 adolescents (21,4 cases from 100) with orthognathic occlusion without tooth-jaw anomalies (TJA) were revealed. A group with neutrocclusion and with TJA consisted of 287 persons (43,5±1,9 cases from 100); a group with distal occlusion and TJA — 192 people (29,1±1,8 cases from 100), including 16 (2,4±0,6 cases from 100) with compensated form of anomaly. A group with mesial occlusion and TJA — 39 persons, or 5,9±0,9 cases from 100 examined ones, including 6 (0,9±0,4 cases from 100) with compensated form. Orthodontic pathology was revealed in 78,6±1,6 cases from 100 examined ones. Its prevalence made 104,4 cases to 100 adolescents of 12—15 years old. The main reason, why the patients didn’t consult a doctor in time, was unwillingness to bear active apparatus (52%). This technique can be used for assessment of environment air pollution with various other substances.
