The necessity of immunologic survey during elaboration of the bases of pathogenetic

treatment protocols of chronic generalized periodontitis

I.I. Giniyatoullin, S.L. Blashkova, N.A. Makarova

Abstract.

Periodontium diseases are characterized by steady increase and high incidence not only among aged people, but

also among young able-bodied population, thereby being an important medico-social problem. This dictates the necessity of the

development of effective ways of periodontitis prevention and treatment. As a rule a special feature of periodontium lesion is the

generalized character of inflammatory-destructive changes and its persistent, progressive course in periodontal complex with

frequent exacerbations. All this points to the necessity of immunologic examinations aimed not only at finding out etiology and

pathogenesis of these diseases, but carrying out complex treatment measures as well.

Dynamics of general and allergic diseases incidence in population living

in the Region of disposition of microbiologic works

I.G. Abdoulnagimov, G.G. Maximov, Yu.G. Aznabayeva

Abstract.

For the long period of time the atmospheric air of Blagoveshchensk was exposed to intensive complex influence of

discharge of chemical and biological character, sufficiently exceeding the rates of control cities. During the whole period of work of

Bashkiriya Biochemical Complex (BBC) even at 4 km distance from the source of discharge average concentration of albumen-

containing dust with antigenic property in the atmospheric air varied from 0 to 85 MPC. The general morbidity of Blagoveshchensk

population during PVC large-scale production on considerable number of diseases was reliably higher that in Davlekanovo. Due

to discharge of albumen-vitamin concentrates’ production in the dynamics of observation of Blagoveshchensk population high

allergic diseases incidence lasts out, and moreover, bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis diseases increase, while pollen

diseases – decrease. The obtained results dictate the necessity of further dynamic monitoring of that region population health,

living conditions in which are the risk factors of development of allergic and toxico-allergic diseases even after the microbiologic

production is closed.

Key words: microbiologic production, population morbidity.
